Pitney Bowes, the mail and messaging specialist, is delighted to announce that its franking machine customers now have instant access to the new FrankPay service from Parcelforce Worldwide.

FrankPay provides franking machine users with web access to all domestic and international Parcelforce Worldwide services. These services can now be automatically paid for via the franking machine.

Such convenience opens up a raft of new services to franking machine users, including parcel tracking, online support, and time- and date-specific delivery options.

Dan Hindman, VP UK Marketing, Pitney Bowes, states: ”FrankPay brings global mail management efficiencies directly to the desktop. Now, franking machine users can offer customers the option of tracking and tracing parcels – a useful added-value differentiator – or automatically arrange parcel collection. Also, the ability to print forms and associated paperwork saves users admin time and costs.”

The service also offers a £1 per parcel discount from the normal Parcelforce tariff’s, and Dan continues: “There has never been a better time to take advantage of franking machine technology. The Royal mail also recently announced discounts for franked mail and this cost-efficiency, allied to the convenience of FrankPay, makes today’s digital postage meter a must have for the progressive modern business.”
