Arts Alliance Media, the owner of the UK’s number one DVD rental company LOVEFiLM, and leading Scandinavian operator Boxman AB of Sweden, has further increased its European network with the acquisition of Digitarian A/S, Denmark’s largest online DVD rental company.
The acquisition was made through Boxman and emphasises the group’s commitment to the emerging Scandinavian market, where they will now be serving over 20,000 customers.
